Your Building Cost Estimate will provide a breakdown of costs for:

- Permit costs
- Local building fees
- Contractor fees

Not included are costs for:
- Your building lot (land)
- Site preparation and excavation
- Landscaping
- Driveways and sidewalks
- Finishing bonus rooms, future areas or basements, unless those areas are marked as finished space on the plan
Actual construction costs for your house may differ from the our cost to build shown due to changes in economic conditions, building contractor availability and specific building contractor attributes. The estimate does not include costs for such items as excavation, land value or detached structures.
